AOTEA - Sleepout
Tucked away on the East coast of Great Barrier Island, in a community that values sustainability and a close-knit lifestyle, this two-bedroom sleepout was built to accommodate a growing family. With a design that echoes the language of the original home, it embraces the island's agricultural surroundings while keeping things cozy and welcoming. Big windows let in plenty of sunshine and showcase the surrounding views. The layout prioritises comfort and functionality, making it a great spot for family and friends to unwind. Crafted from natural materials that are allowed to weather and age with the elements, the building feels right at home in its surroundings.
